Dutch Auction
The format of the Launchpad sale is a Dutch Auction style, this means:
The price of EAI token starts high then lowers over the 3 day period at a constant rate
The ‘predicted end price’ is based upon the depreciation of price over the 3 day period
You are able to Buy and Sell EAI at any time during the sale, you keep any tokens in your wallet at the end of the sale
The above shows the price assuming no buys are made (which is unlikely). As buys (and sells) are made the price fluctuates (and therefore the end price fluctuates as shown in the below chart taken from our test launch (which had the same configuration settings) , at this point in the launch due to buys and sells the predicted end price had raised from $0.01 to $0.0232.
How to Participate
To participate in this pool, you will need:
An ERC-20 compatible wallet such as Metamask, WalletConnect, Gnosis Safe, or Ledger
USDC to swap into the EAI token
A small amount of ETH for BASE chain fees (a few dollars will be plenty due to low BASE chain fees)
To begin:
Go to the EAI Launchpad LBP

You will be presented with a warning that the LBP has not been vetted by any curators. This is a service Fjord Foundry offer to check all configuration settings are correct. We have used the exact same settings as our succesful test launch on Sepolia network last week so there is no concern here, click Continue
You will then see the main Liquidity Balancer Pool
Approval for USDC spending
Using the button on the upper right, you will need to connect to the page using your ERC-20 compatible wallet (Metamask, WalletConnect, Gnosis Safe, or Ledger) to continue.
Purchasing the Eagle AI's EAI token
On the right side of the page, you can choose to purchase EAI tokens from the pool.
Enter the amount of USDC to use for the exchange, and approve the usage through the “Approve Usage” button (top button above “Get EAI”) — you will need to sign a transaction with your wallet to confirm this and the amount you wish to spend.
Once confirmed, you will be able to swap your USDC for EAI.
🥳 You then own EAI 👏
You can choose to either hold it until the LBP ends or trade it during the period of the LBP.
Once the LBP ends, any EAI in your wallet is claimable to your wallet
The Launchpad closes Thursday 6th June @ 13:00 UTC
Good to Know
✔️ The launch will be a fair launch with no tokens from Private sale or Presale purchases or Early Investors in circulation until AFTER the Launchpad closes, this ensures no outside tokens can influence the pools
❌ Buying at the start of Launch can be risky since the price is designed to start at an inflated value ($1). Of course, you can choose to do so, but you may be overpaying.
✔️ We always recommend staying patient and waiting for the price to hit a point you are comfortable buying at.
