What is a POAP?

Short for "Proof of Attendance Protocol," POAP is the platform and infrastructure that enables the creation and storage of memories by POAP issuers and collectors. This is a set of smart contracts which, for practical reasons, is currently governed by POAP Inc.

POAPs, the collectibles, are NFTs minted under the Proof of Attendance Protocol smart contract. Each POAP is a digital record held by collectors as digital proof that they attended, or participated in, a physical, virtual, or spiritual event; the POAP can double as a token qualifying its collector for potential future utility.

How can I claim/mint my POAP?

Please note: you need to claim the POAP via the website and not via the POAP app. The reason for this is that the website allows you to assign the POAP to a wallet and not use the POAP Apps wallet.

The wallet you assign to the POAP is the wallet you will use to connect to the Beta version of the Eagle AI Bot.

Very simple, you will have been sent a url link to claim your POAP (http://poap.xyz/mint/xxxxxxx) where the xxxxx represent your unique poap id url. Important: This enables you to mint 1 and only 1 POAP and assign it to a wallet. 1. You will need to Copy your wallet ID (metamask, trust wallet etc.)

2. Then paste the wallet address into the box on the Mint page

3. Click 'Mint Now' (it is free to mint) and you should see a screen

4. Once minted you should see screen

With ID showing the Unique ID of your individual POAP the address under Collection showing the wallet the POAP is assigned to

5. You can confirm you own the POAP by going to: https://collectors.poap.xyz/scan/0xxxxxxxxx replace the 0xxxxxxxx’s above wwith your wallet address
